STUDENT PORTAL

  • Download the Safe Exam Browser (SEB) from the link: https://safeexambrowser.org/download_en.html and install it on desktops or laptops only. You will need either Windows or a Mac. Chromebooks are not supported.
  • Students will get a SEB configuration file from their email attachments. This file will have an extension of .seb. Download the file and save it in the appropriate file folder.
  • Double-click to open the file.
  • If you have already installed Safe Exam Browser, double-clicking the file will open the application.
  • Now, you will be lead to the students' portal from within the SEB browser.
  • Log in with the shared credentials in your email (username) and password (OTP).
  • After their first login, you will be prompted to change the password. The password should be at least 8 characters with a combination of capital letters, small letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Now, you have reached your personal Dashboard.
  • At the top of the Dashboard you will see the name of your course. Which is either, Digital Filmmaking, Direction, Action, or Story and Screenplay. Click on that name of the course and you will be directed to the required chapter.
  • Press the ‘Read’ button to start reading a chapter.
  • After completing the chapter, press the red colored ‘Complete’ button on the last page to submit the chapter.
  • Once the submission is complete, an automated email will be sent.
  • The email will contain secure credentials necessary to access the upcoming examination, along with a SEB configuration file.
  • Download the SEB configuration file and double click to enter the Exam Portal.
  • Students must log in within 7 days of receiving the credentials.
  • Each student is allowed a single login attempt for the examination of a particular chapter.
  • The examination must be completed within a 2-hour time frame.
  • After the submission of answers, if one is qualified, the next chapter will be made available in the student’s portal.
